HappyPurim.com is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client acquisition, relationship building, and providing exceptional customer service. Familiarity with Jewish communal organizations and Jewish holidays is critical for success in this role, as you will be working closely with clients within the Jewish community. This position is crucial in helping us grow our client base and ensure our customers have an outstanding experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct sales presentations, follow up on leads, and close new business deals.
  • Achieve or exceed client acquisition goals set by the management team.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

Customer Support:

  • Provide responsive and effective customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Payment and Invoicing Management:

  • Monitor and follow up on client payments, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Work closely with the finance team to address any payment-related issues or discrepancies.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Provide updates and insights during team meetings to inform strategic decisions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at driving client engagement and retention.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Participate in team strategy sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our sales and customer support processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with Jewish communal organizations and knowledge of Jewish holidays is essential.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve performance.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving targets.
