As the umbrella brand for our global suite of programs, Mem Global supports young adults as they bring Judaism to life through thousands of peer-driven gatherings across 25+ countries each year. Mem Global is seeking a Sr. Grants Specialist to write and edit various grant submissions for funders, including grant LOIs, proposals, reports and budgets. This role will also manage and track grant opportunities for the grants team via internal processes and log the team’s grant submissions in our internal Salesforce CRM. This position reports to the Associate Director, Development Operations, based in our Charlotte, NC Hub office.

- You’ll play a key role in our grant-writing process, including:
- Leading 8-10 grant submissions per month: researching, drafting, editing and polishing narratives for grant LOIs, reports and proposals (60%)
- Preparing financial reports and budgets for grant submissions (20%)
- Working with the Development Operations team to manage and track grant opportunities, the grants team calendar and record submissions in Salesforce (MH’s internal CRM database) (15%)
- Reviewing and editing other grant submissions as part of the grants team (5%)

The Fine Print:
The Senior Grants Specialist position is a full-time role works a hybrid schedule while being based in one of our hub office locations in either: Charlotte, NC (preferred); NYC (preferred); Washington, D.C. (preferred); or Chicago, IL. The Senior Grants Specialist reports into the Associate Director, Development Operations (who is based in our Charlotte Hub Office).
Our team works a hybrid schedule at our hub offices, where employees can choose to work remotely 2 days per week and collaborate in-person with coworkers the rest of the week.

How Mem Global Pays You:
Mem Global’s starting salary ranges are based on education, experience, location, and skillset required for each role.
- The starting annual salary range for this full-time exempt position is:
- NYC or D.C.: $64,000 - $69,000
- Chicago: $59,000 - $64,000
- Charlotte, NC: $54,000 - $64,000
