Temple Sinai is seeking a detail oriented, organized and personable individual to join our team as the Operations Assistant. This role will work closely with the Executive Director, Associate Executive Director and Engagement Department and will support a variety of day-to-day operational functions of the synagogue, empowering the overall success of our mission to best serve our members and community.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Support membership recruitment, retention and engagement strategy
Working in partnership our professional staff and lay leaders, you will reach out to our members to build positive relationships, ensuring that they feel valued, inspired, connected and engaged; play a critical role in new member recruitment, welcoming and introducing prospects and encouraging their participation in our communal life; and help to create and support programming that engages and inspires our members; including:
Support office-wide operational needs, including:
Assist the Engagement Team with the planning, execution and logistical needs of programs, events and initiatives.
