Job Title: Social Media and Marketing Specialist (Temporary)
Reports to: Director of Marketing and Communications
About the Role:JCP is seeking a creative, strategic, and organized Temporary Social Media and Marketing Specialist with at least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or communications. This temporary part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance JCP’s online presence while contributing to the organization’s broader marketing initiatives.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, this individual will take the lead in developing and executing a social media strategy that aligns with JCP’s mission and engages the community. They will be responsible for creating, editing, and posting high-quality content, attending events to capture compelling material, and analyzing engagement metrics to refine strategies. While collaboration and approval from the Director of Marketing and Communications will be key, the ideal candidate will be proactive and able to work independently to drive engagement and brand awareness.
