RBT - Behavioral Health Technician

The candidate must be a Registered Behavioral Technician with experience in Behavioral Analysis.

A leading organization specializing in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to join its team of professionals dedicated to supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs. This organization works closely with families and professionals to deliver individualized, evidence-based interventions at home, school, and in community settings. Guided by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS), their team tailors each child’s therapy program to foster positive behavioral and social outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA interventions per the Behavior Plan
• Use positive reinforcement and redirection techniques with children
• Monitor, document, and track behavioral progress
• Collect data on behavior patterns and improvements
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and care teams

Requirements:

• Active RBT license
• Experience in ABA therapy, working with children
• Strong communication and organizational skills
