Lead Preschool Teacher

The Nadel Center for Early Childhood Education (NCECE) at Congregation B’nai Israel is dedicated to providing a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. We believe in fostering curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and implement a dynamic, age appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and administrators to ensure a high-quality early childhood experience.
• Communicate effectively with families to build strong home-school connections.
• Maintain a well-organized, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning space.

What We’re Looking For:

 A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or Bachelor’s Degree).

 Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.

 Strong leadership and classroom management skills.

 A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
