Position Summary:
The non-profit fundraising Development Director will play a crucial role in advancing the organization's mission by leading and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director will oversee all aspects of fundraising activities, including donor cultivation, grant writing, special events, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in fundraising, strong communication skills, and a passion for the organization's mission.

This job operates in a professional office environment and at various venues. Staff must be physically capable of driving an automobile in a safe manner. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
