We are growing our team and seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher who will inspire and guide young learners in a Jewish, child-centered, and collaborative setting.
Qualifications:
•A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
•Previous teaching experience in early childhood settings.
•Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
•Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment for young children.
•Familiarity with or a desire to learn about the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
•Familiarity with or a desire to learn, Conscious Discipline.
•Knowledge of Jewish values, traditions, and holidays.
•A warm, patient, and collaborative teaching style.
•Commitment to fostering creativity, exploration, and learning through play.
