The Manager of Executive Affairs will be a strategic partner to the CEO of The Jewish Federation of Broward County, playing a critical role in supporting the CEO during an exciting phase of growth and realignment of the organization’s goals and leadership. This individual will combine executive administrative support with strategic operational oversight, ensuring the smooth execution of organizational priorities. This person will be highly organized, proactive, and possess a blend of innovation, passion, professionalism, and leadership, all while driving efficiency and accountability.
The Manager of Executive Affairs will report directly to the CEO, ensuring that the CEO’s time is optimized, key projects are executed on time, and cross-departmental coordination occurs seamlessly. The role balances high-level executive support with a focus on driving organizational excellence and supporting the completion of key strategic initiatives.
