RELIGIOUS SCHOOL PRE-K TEACHER (part-time position)

Job Details for Religious Teacher

• Be onsite to teach a Pre-K (transitional kindergarten) Judaica class on Sunday mornings (8:45 am-11:45 am including two and one half hours teaching time).   
• Prepare weekly lesson plans based on a provided curricular outline.
• Compose brief weekly emails to class parents outlining what was taught each Sunday.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings/professional development sessions and at least one holiday themed Shabbat service.
• Prepare progress assessments at the end of winter session and at end of the school year.

Compensation is based upon experience, is paid twice each month and includes 8 additional hours for staff meetings and additional prep time. You must be fingerprinted and CPR trained or available for training. Salary: $30.00-$60.00 per/hour

The school year has already started and concludes in late May, 2025.  We take off for secular school breaks and Jewish and secular holidays.
