About Us
Agazian Media Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to independent journalism and advocacy, promoting the right to self-determination for the Tigrigna nation in Eritrea. We focus on reviving the ancient Tigrigna/Ge’ez Orit/Torah heritage and fostering Eritrean-American and Eritrean-Israeli strategic relations. Our work supports liberal democracy, human rights, decentralized governance, and economic opportunities for millions of young people in the Horn of Africa.
We also advocate for peaceful change and rapid economic development through urbanization, industrialization, digitalization, and environmental initiatives such as combating desertification and promoting reforestation.
The Tigrigna people are the only black nation with deep historical roots in the Judeo-Christian civilization, practicing a unique blend of Judaism and Christianity. Predominantly residing in Eritrea and the Tigray region of Ethiopia, they were historically strategic allies of the Roman and Portuguese Empires.
Eritrea is located in the southern Red Sea, near Yemen, approximately 800 miles from Israel. It is one of the only non-Muslim, non-Arab majority states in the region. Despite lacking internal or external threats, Eritrea remains one of the poorest and most isolated countries, often referred to as the "North Korea of Africa." Many human rights organizations cite its government as one of the most oppressive regimes globally, particularly in terms of press freedom and human rights violations.
To support our mission, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Specialist to enhance our media outreach and strategic messaging.
