Position Summary

The Senior Development Program Associate and Missions Manager is responsible for implementing various Development programming efforts, including Young Adult and Women’s Philanthropy programs, Super Sunday, and internal staff engagement initiatives. Additionally, this role will manage the Federation’s Missions program, providing donors with impactful opportunities to witness the impact of their contributions firsthand.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and execute Development Department programs.
  • Lead internal programs that enhance staff awareness and participation in the Community Campaign.
  • Partner with Federation leadership to develop, recruit for, and execute successful missions in alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year mission strategy for domestic and global trips.
  • Serve as the lead professional for VIP Major Donor missions and high-touch experiences.
  • Manage special projects and additional relevant responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Preferred background in Jewish communal service, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of nonprofit programming experience required.
  • Experience in organizing group travel and providing excellent customer service strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in database and spreadsheet programs, including Microsoft Excel, strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required or must be obtained.

Compensation:

This position has a competitive hiring range of $55,786 to $79,694 a year, commensurate with experience.
