Hybrid Initiative & Internal Programs Coordinator @ Onward Israel

Hybrid Initiative & Internal Programs Coordinator

About Onward Israel:

Onward Israel was launched in 2011 as a framework for six to ten week meaningful experiences for students and young adults in Israel. The goal of Onward Israel is to provide participants with an immersive and transformative resume-building internship experience in Israel.

Onward Israel, a partnership between lead philanthropists and foundations, Jewish communities and organizations around the world, offers a competitive and attractive venue for young people seeking such experiences at affordable prices. While meeting the individual needs of the participants and allowing them to advance their resumes, Onward Israel programs also feature inspiring educational enrichment opportunities, programs designed to engage participants with Israel and to provide them with a framework to explore Israel as part of their individual, personal, professional, and Jewish life journeys.

During the Winter 2020-21 and Summer 2021 seasons, Onward Israel will be implementing new Hybrid Programs. These programs will continue to offer individuals the experience outlined above with the added benefit of continuing their internship remotely in their home country. This will allow more participants to connect and engage with Israel and build their resumes while remaining flexible to various schedules and the overall surge in Remote work.
