Customer Success Onboarding Specialist

JOB DUTIES

Manage a portfolio of 20-30 clients onboarding to ShulCloud software
Conduct initial client kick-off meeting
Facilitate client data import and client data review (in partnership with Tech Team)
Coordinate the rectification of data issues with data engineer
Maintain continued communication with client, respond to client inquiries/requests and coordinate with other staff to ensure client satisfaction
Proactively engage clients, and work closely with users to verify they are trained and effectively drive adoption of the product on a consistent basis
Carry-out basic and specialized trainings
Maintain detailed and accurate record keeping for assigned clients via CRM software
Continue to hone expertise in Shulware software offerings

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent project management skills
Extremely organized and efficient
Adept at record keeping
Ability to manage a large queue of clients
Excellent interpersonal skills
Capable of establishing client boundaries
High level of comfort and interest with technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to pivot into other responsibilities and customer-facing tasks, when needed
