Jewish Voters Unite is a small but rapidly growing nonprofit organization dedicated to mobilizing the Jewish community to vote in city, state, and federal elections.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our growing organization. Administrative Assistant will report to the Executive Director and assist with processing donations, website and marketing, events, and general administrative tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Director with planning meetings, preparing donor materials, vendor/contractor management and other administrative tasks
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing information 
  • Manage donation acceptance and acknowledgment
  • Help to keep the website and social media channels updated
  • Answer general inquiries
  • Staff events as needed
  • Provide administrative support to voting center staff

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in an ever-evolving environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or donor CRMs a plus

This is a hybrid role. 

Salary45,000.00 - 55,000.00 Annual
