Creating Connected Communities

Development Director

This exciting position offers an opportunity to support a growing nonprofit in making a tremendous impact on hundreds of Jewish teen volunteers as well as thousands of children and families experiencing hardship across Atlanta.  As Creating Connected Communities’ (CCC) Development Director, you will work collaboratively with our team to raise funds that provide significant support and much-needed resources to our community. This position offers significant flexibility and the opportunity to really make this role your own, utilizing your specific skills, experiences, and interests.

A little bit about us:
Creating Connected Communities’ (CCC) mission is to enhance the lives of children and families in need by empowering teens to become community leaders and volunteers. Through its signature program, Amy’s Holiday Party, and other community outreach programs, CCC serves 7,000+ children and families each year and offers hundreds of teen volunteer opportunities annually.  At these programs, children receive meals, books, gifts, educational and activity-based experiences, and much-needed resources. CCC’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an up to 4 year-long experiential-learning program that empowers Jewish teens in 8th-12th grade to develop their Jewish identity, values, and leadership skills as they implement these programs.  CCC currently engages 300 teens in LDP and hosts 36 community programs annually.  We need an innovative and enthusiastic team member to help us to increase our community impact!
