Job Overview:

B'nai Torah Congregation in Boca Raton is on the lookout for a talented Website Design and Graphic Design Specialist. This role is perfect for a highly skilled graphic designer who specializes in creating visually compelling and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail and a strong background in both web and graphic design, ensuring our congregation's online presence is second to none.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design:

• Design the ongoing enhancement of our website, prioritizing aesthetic appeal, navigation, and overall user experience.
• Craft visually stunning graphics for the website, including layout designs, images, and icons, that align with our branding and communication goals.

 Graphic Design:

• Create and design promotional material such as flyers, brochures, ad journals, magazines and signs that are eye-catching.
• Develop a variety of designs that clearly reflect the desired message in an easy, understandable, and visual format that is both informative and motivating to the intended audience

Website Management and SEO:

• Maintain the website's optimal functionality, ensuring a seamless and error-free user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to ensure the website's design and content align with our synagogue's branding and marketing strategies.
• Implement SEO strategies, including optimizing content and tags, to enhance our website's visibility and ranking on search engines.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in website aesthetics and functionality.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with WordPress and website management tools.
• Knowledgeable in SEO practices with the ability to monitor and analyze website performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to creating impeccable and impactful design work.
